What started as a one-man operation has grown into the family business.
Shawn Buchanan, Owner and President, has been working in construction since the 80’s. Construct Co, Inc started as a concrete company called AAA Bobcat. After one bad hurricane season and many requests for concrete seawall repairs, he and his team began doing seawall and bulkhead systems and the company’s marine services have continued to expand.

Being near the water is part of our culture. Our family has grown up boating, swimming and fishing in the same waterways we work in so we understand the importance of respecting and preserving Florida’s environment.
Growing our Team
Shawn’s daughter, Lindsey joined the company in 2013 after an interest in construction at an early age. Together they expanded the company’s services. Today she is the Vice President and proud to represent women in construction, increasing female leadership within the organization and empowering other females in the local business community.
